Class Description
You can expect a mix of vinyasas (connecting breath and movement) and poses that are held for 5 to 10 breaths. Strength building, pilates, and relaxation techniques are all thrown in! Savasana is included at the end of every class with a reading included after savasana. This class has a regular group of friends in attendance and always warmly welcomes new students! We hope to see you soon!
