JOIN US IN THE STUDIO! 

We are 1) adding a few more classes to our partial schedule and 2) doing away with the text-to-reserve system!

 

Here's what you need to know:

-classes are limited to TEN people on a first come, first served basis. This may mean we have to turn people away from time to time but it will allow you to be more flexible with your options and be able to come see us on a whim. This is effective IMMEDIATELY.

-MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING: entering the building, exiting the building, using the restroom, setting up and spacing out, and when putting away equipment. Masks are strongly encouraged at all other times. We have a HEPA filter for the room to help protect our students. This is effective IMMEDIATELY.

 

The schedule is now:

MONDAY 10AM (beginning October 12) Yoga with Amy

MONDAY 6PM (beginning October 12) Yoga with Rachel

TUESDAY 5:45PM Yoga with Emily

THURSDAY 5:45PM Yoga with Kelly M.

FRIDAY 10AM (beginning October 16) Yoga with Lisa

SATURDAY 8:30AM Outdoor Yoga with Rachel
