Yoga Community Circle

Our monthly Community Circle, held every 1st Friday of the month, includes authentic relating games, open discussion, meditation, breathing exercises, and more followed by a short yoga flow to connect body, mind and spirit. The circle has a new theme every month based on the Yoga Sutra's of Patanjali. The Yoga Sutras is an ancient compilation of lectures and teachings that outlines an eight-limbed, step-by-step path for purifying the body and mind to achieve a state of bliss. Yoga is far more than a physical practice, it is about discovering who we are and becoming the best we can be.  Join Emily as she holds space for you and other community members in an exploration of your personal yoga path. Learn how to take your yoga off the mat and how to be more mindful and intentional in your physical yoga practice. All are welcome in this space!

 

Each circle lasts approximately 2 hours. 

Meditation Class with K

1st Sunday of Every Month

Join K for this monthly meditation class to learn different meditation techniques. Great for beginners looking to learn more about meditation!

3-in-1 Time for Me Yoga Class

3rd Saturday of Every Month-Starts in December

7:30pm

$10 

All level gentle yoga class focused on dynamic movements to release tension and tune into the breathing body. Prop supported restorative yoga to open the heart and spine. Finishing with a yoga nidra (guided meditation for deep relaxation) to calm the mind and body. 

This class is a monthly class from 7:30-9:00 PM on the 3rd Saturday of Every Month. 

Yoga for Parents of Special Needs Children

3rd Sunday of Every Month

Come join a monthly yoga class surrounded by peers going through similar experiences as you are. This class will take place on the 3rd Sunday every month starting in October.

Kelly has been practicing yoga and teaching PreK Special Education and thought, "how can I better serve the parents?" and then realized bringing them community and self care!

Class will be approximately 60-75 mins long and starts at 1:30 PM.

We will be incorporating different styles of yoga and meditation into this class to make sure it is appropriate for beginners up to experienced yogi's. Please reach out with any questions!

New Years Intention Setting Event

To start this event out we will reflect and work through 2021 and then will look at 4 areas of your life: Home, Mind, Body and Soul. We will practice some yoga and breathing as well as hold space for one another to share. At the end of our intention setting we will have a word to. come back to throughout the year and a toast to the New Year. :)
