Class Description

Somatic Wellness Fusion classes are a blend of Somatic Movement Flows, hatha yoga poses, yogic breath techniques and guided meditations. Each class is structured to release tension and trauma and improve the body’s movement patterns. Yoga poses are modified to meet individual’s needs to achieve greater health and well-being. Think of these classes as a moving meditation! Somatics refers to the lived experience of the body and the conscious exploration of bodily sensations, movement and perception. The intention for all the classes is that students achieve the ability to move with pleasure and achieve health and wellness to enjoy all the activities they love!
