We will use bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks during this hour and hold each pose between 3-6 minutes. Movement is limited to slow transitioning between poses, emphasizing minimal effort – here there is no rush, no urgency. Essential oils are offered at the end of savasana to students who would like them, and are always optional.
