About the event
Join Britney for an evening of full surrender as we learn to let go and fall into the natural flow of life. We’ll start with a short sound bath and then begin moving into somatic breathwork mixed with movement and flow. This breathwork and movement will allow you to tap into your natural energy flow so that you can begin to feel, release, and heal. Learning to let go of our ego and finding full connection within.
