New Moon Ceremony

New moons are full of potential and with our intent, we can plant powerful seeds of change. This ceremony will bring intent back into our asana (yoga poses). Meet Khira! 

Khira has been blessed with a colorful international life. She has shared her gifts of yoga, meditation, vibrational therapy/ kirtan, and dance therapy in Asia for 15 years, as well as in other countries, working at yoga teacher training centers, yoga retreat centers, and a variety of health resorts. She has a large range of skills and shines her brightest when sharing in community and teaching.
