Class Description

This class starts with a check-in to connect the mind and body. Throughout class practice Pranayama (breathwork), mudras (hand gestures) for focus, and chanting to foster a unique community and build shared energy in this safe space for practicing authentically. Creatively sequenced flows will pair breath with movement, including accessible options and guidance for all practitioners in a fun and inclusive environment!
