Take time to be with your mind, body, and soul. Classes will include breath work, asana (postures), mindfulness, and affirmations to help you feel a little less disconnected from yourself. The movement will range from holding poses to sweet flows to move the energy stuck in your body out. All bodies are welcome, and props are encouraged to give you the support and care you want or need.
