Class Description

Barre Yoga Fusion is a low-impact class that combines the influences of ballet, focusing on isometric strength training while also utilizing Hatha Yoga for flexibility, mindfulness, and breath awareness. We will do some abdominal work and use light dumbbells all while listening to great music! Come join this fun, invigorating, body-strengthening class.
