Class Description
Enjoy workshop-style yoga classes combining strong breathwork and strengthening exercises for exploring fun poses and transitions. Every week we build up from the basics into more challenging balances, bends, folds, openings, twists, and inversions in a supportive, community-based style class. Yoga is a practice, not a performance. We will keep this class fun and upbeat, enjoying a playful approach to yoga as we explore drills for both strength and mobility. You'll feel strong and capable and safely build physical strength using props such as pilates balls and small weights. Work up a sweat with unique core exercises and muscle-building movements, embracing the diversity of shapes our bodies can make. This class is designed for anyone seeking to advance their physical yoga practice, regardless of current skill level.
