Refund Policy: 100% refund on workshop if canceled at least 7 days prior to the date of the workshop. 50% refund if canceled 6 or fewer days prior to the workshop. No refunds on retail items. Thank you.
Weather: We announce cancellations on the voice-mail phone line at 405-330-2211. We also post the cancellations on line on the Schedule page.
Attire and Class preparation: Wear comfortable clothing which does not inhibit your teachers ability to spot misalignment. We also have all the equipment you need. Please, do not eat a heavy meal before a class.
Yoga: It is not a religion. It is therapeutic and a life style.Yoga does not replace medical advice. Yoga increases flexibility, strength and it restores the practicing individual.
Class Fees
One Class = $12
Pay for more than 2 classes= $10 per Class
Students= $8 per class
Un-limited classes for 1 month = $80
Seniors(50+) 8 weeks Tues & Thurs 4:00pm=$60
